Deep Breathing Exercises by Rita Schulte
Breathing has a powerful effect on mind, body and mood, but most of us pay little or no attention to how we breathe. If you are tense or are experiencing anxiety or panic, you need to learn and practice deep breathing. It is the single most effective relaxation technique you can do. In this audio exercise, I will be instructing you in the art of deep abdominal breathing. Be sure to find a comfortable place to do this exercise, either a chair, or lying on the floor with your knees bent. Do The more you practice deep breathing, the more power you will have over anxiety.
